Sizing & Fit
What size should I get?
Our tees and hats are unisex. Most people get their normal size. The Showing Up Tee is a relaxed boxy fit — if you prefer a tighter fit, size down. Each product page has a full size guide with width and length in inches.
Is your sizing inclusive?
The Showing Up Tee runs XS–3XL. The Motivation System Tee runs S–5XL. Hats are one size with adjustable closure.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
The United States.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. US delivery is 5–9 business days from ship date. International is 10–21 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to Canada, Australia, the UK, most of the EU, Japan, Singapore, and many others. Customs and duties are the customer’s responsibility. Full details on the shipping page.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is automatic on US orders over $75. Under $75 in the US, shipping starts at $3.99 and scales with cart size — you’ll see the exact rate at checkout. International is calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
30 days from delivery. For most issues, we don’t ask you to mail anything back — we just refund you or send a replacement. Full details on the returns page.
Why don’t you require items to be sent back?
Our products are made on demand. A worn or unwanted tee can’t be resold, and shipping it across the country to sit in a warehouse helps no one. We’d rather refund you and let you keep, donate, or pass on the original.
How do I exchange a size?
Email us with your order number and the size or color you’d like instead. We’ll ship the replacement — you keep the original.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace it. No return needed.
The Product
What’s “Bella+Canvas 3010”? Is that a real fabric brand?
Yes. Bella+Canvas 3010 is a heavyweight cotton blank used by lots of premium DTC brands. We name it because we believe customers shouldn’t have to take our word for fabric quality — you can look it up.
What’s “DryBlend”?
A moisture-wicking 50/50 cotton-poly blend used in the Motivation System Tee. Built for the workouts where you actually sweat.
Where is the apparel made?
Blank apparel is sourced responsibly from Vietnam or Bangladesh. Embroidery and printing happen in the United States.
How should I care for my SIBTN gear?
Tees: machine wash cold with similar colors, tumble dry low. Hats: spot clean, air dry — don’t put them in the wash or the embroidery and patches will sulk. Care instructions are on every product page.

Is this a dropshipping store?
We work with US-based fulfillment partners and apparel manufacturers, then handle quality control, branding, and customer service ourselves. So: print-on-demand and small-batch for now. As we grow, we’ll bring more in-house.
Do you offer a discount code?
First-time customers get 10% off when they join the email list. Sign up at the bottom of any page. We don’t run constant promotions because we don’t believe in pretending.
Can I be an ambassador / affiliate?
If you live the philosophy and want to be part of the brand, email us with your Instagram and a sentence about why. We read every one.
