Processing
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking number the moment it leaves the warehouse.
United States
- Free shipping on orders over $75 — applies automatically at checkout.
- Under $75: shipping starts at $3.99 (Economy) or $4.75 (Standard) for a single item. Larger orders scale up; you’ll see the exact rate at checkout before you pay.
- US delivery typically takes 5–9 business days from ship date.
International
We ship to Canada, Australia, the UK, most of the EU, Japan, Singapore, and other major markets. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and what’s in your cart. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days from ship date.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see one within 5 business days, check your spam folder — then email us if it’s still missing.
Lost or stuck packages
If your order says “delivered” but you don’t have it, or if tracking hasn’t moved in 7+ business days, email us and we’ll fix it. We don’t make you fight with the carrier alone.
